Real-life English
We practice the conversations you actually have: at work, at the doctor, at school and at your citizenship interview.

Meet Eva
I know what it feels like to learn English while building a life in the United States. I remember the fear of saying something incorrectly, overthinking my words, and sometimes not feeling confident enough to speak. But I also remember the moment things started to change, when communicating became easier and English began to feel less like a barrier and more like a door opening.
That experience is a big part of why I teach the way I do today. My background in Law, my experience as an interpreter, and my work in adult education have shown me that people learn best when what they're learning feels relevant to their lives. That's why I focus on real communication and each student's individual goals, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Working with volunteers from many different backgrounds has strengthened that perspective. Every person has a story, a reason for learning, and their own challenges along the way. I want my students to feel that English is something they can actually use, not something they have to be perfect at.
Your future deserves to have a voice. Let's develop it together.
Our approach
We practice the conversations you actually have: at work, at the doctor, at school and at your citizenship interview.
Every plan starts with a free level check and your goals, not a one-size-fits-all course.
When something is hard, Eva can explain it in Portuguese or Spanish, then practice it with you in English.
Jumpstart, our student portal, keeps your lessons, homework, practice and progress in one place.
